Once an order has entered fulfillment or dispatch, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard Return & Exchange Protocol upon receipt.

Return & Exchange Protocol
We invite you to return eligible items in their pristine, unused condition within 15 days of delivery. Upon receipt, please allow 3 to 4 working days for our team to inspect your return and process your refund. We kindly request that you contact our concierge team prior to shipping your items so we may guide you through the process seamlessly.
Please note: -
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and free from signs of wear or damage. Items showing signs of wear or liquid damage are not eligible for a return unless they arrived defective.

For international returns, return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and previously paid import duties or taxes are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.
